Special fold card!

Hi everyone!

Well, I guess you'll have to wait for sweet Tilda with Violin just a little longer... Today I want to show you my Tri-Shutter card with Tilda with Gifts. (I promise Tilda will play the Violin for you in the next few days! :o))

It was my last week as a Guest Designer for the StampShoppe and I have to say I had a lot of fun working on the Challenges! The StampShoppe's Blog Challenge for this week is to create a special fold card. Think Tri-fold, Gate-fold, Joy-fold, Tri-Shutter fold….. I made a Tri-Shutter card this time. This kind of card looks harder than it actually is to make, and it’s lots of fun! You can find a step-by-step tutorial here.

Paper for stamping: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White #80
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, colored in with Copics (see picture above)
Stamps: Tilda with Gifts from Magnolia's Special Collection 2010, sentiment is from Close To My Heart 
Cardstock: Core'dinations and Bazzill Basics
Patterned paper: Basic Grey (Sultry collection)
Flowers: Prima
Ribbon: old stash
Pearls: Close To My Heart, Pearl floral spray: Michaels
Tools: Spellbinders labels 4 Nestabilities dies, border punch from Martha Stewart.
