Thanks a Bunch

Hi everyone!

Just a quick post today to show you the card I made for my dear friend Lisa. Well, actually it's not the card I gave her, but a "twin sister" LOL! I decided a little while ago to make twin cards for every card I give away.... that way I will always have something to show people who want to see my projects IRL and it's a great way to make my craft room look pretty and give it that HAPPY feeling! :o)

From now on, I will also list the other materials used. Sorry, I forgot to do that in my previous posts. I know some people like to know what papers etc. are used (I know I always do! LOL!)

So, here it goes:

Paper for stamping: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White #80

Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, colored in with Copics (see above)

Cardstock: Close To My Heart and SU! Shimmery White

Patterned Paper: Basic Grey - Wisteria collection

Stamps: Magnolia (Tilda with Bunch of Roses from Chasing Butterflies coll. 2009) and CTMH (sentiment).

Ribbon & pearl string: Michaels

Flowers: Yellow roses from Patricia's Etsy Shop and purple Wild Peony from $ store

For the rest: dimensional tape, machine stitching.

Well, I'm off to make some dinner! I'm working on a card for the Magnolia-licious homepage/March challenge. And I'm gonna challenge myself to make a BOYISH card next week... and a clean & simple card (not so simple for me, mind you! ;o)) and a card with an image OTHER than Magnolia (shock!)... Stay tuned!
