Sweethearts for a challenge!

Hi everyone!

Today I have a new card to show you with two sweethearts from the new Magnolia "Fairytale" collection... Sherwood Edwin & Lady Tilda! I probably said this before, but this new collection is my very favorite!! Not in the least because of the cutest little pirates you have ever seen... which reminds me I'll have to ink those up really soon! :o)

This card is for May's sketch challenge over at Magnolia-licious Highlites! I thought the sketch was really fun to work with... check it out here!

At first I thought of doing all blues/greens/browns, but I decided it just needed a little something extra... so I added RED! I think that combination turned out really nice :o).
Of course I couldn't resist putting a little flower in the one corner... and because a red flower would have been a little too distracting from the main image, I thought this brownish color would work well... Yes, I always think everything through...LOL!! Gotta live up to my nickname "Miss Perfectionist"! Heehee...

So here it is... presenting Sherwood Edwin & Lady Tilda!

Sideview to show some dimension:
